I have been working at Capco full-time for more than a year
Pros – Not much really.
Pros - I have seen is only for the Associates - They are pampered like too much..
Cons – - Worst ever Leadership i have seen.
- Does not care for quality of delivery, Just want to push things and somehow make it work.
- People are just like that promoted.
- Managers do not solve the problem instead create political problems.
- A lot of politics at all levels.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop acting like an Ostrich in times when you need to act and resolve the issues.

I have been working at Capco full-time for less than a year
Pros – Capco provides a techno-functional role to an individual. The packages in which Capco majorrly works, murex and openlink, have very few consultants across the globe. So that gives a key strength to our career.
Cons – None, i think, as of now
Advice to Senior Management – Keep getting good projects with great clients, and give us chances to interact with them the way you do now.
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Capco full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good pay , infrastructure, leave policies, insurance cover and no variable pay up to M4 level.
The approvals for loan is quick, and there are good amount of parties being celebrated on business wins, I heard this to have started since this year.
Cons – Few projects are too work intensive and demand more then 8 hrs along with weekends.

I have been working at Capco full-time for less than a year
Pros – Numerous perks, small and close-knit teams, lots of parties, easily accessible upper management, fun atmosphere, cool hardware to work with.
Cons – Project requires extra working hours, not many indoor facilities, limited recreational options, project has reduced my skill-set from my previous work experience.
Advice to Senior Management – You shouldn't tax the employees with extra work on a regular basis, otherwise the perks given won't hold for long in retaining an employee.

I have been working at Capco full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Capco has a true entrepreneurial culture. If you are one of those who needs hand holding at every stage STAY AWAY!!. You are joining a management consulting and not a Big 4 Advisory practice so you need to on top of your game all year round.
(1) Pay better than the big 4. Check out Glassdoor salary surveys for yourself.
(2) Bonus structure similar to FS Companies.
(3) Generous Vacation Days. Best in the industry
(4) Vacation Bonus. You get $1000 bonus if you take 2 consecutive weeks of vacation :)
(5) 10k/Year Training budget for every employee to take external training
(6) True meritocracy, Performance review 2 times a year. so you do not wait an additional year to get promoted if you came close the last cycle.
Cons – (1) Since the Capco is small projects are concentrated around a couple of key accounts.
(2) Job stability can be an issue if you do not build an internal network soon enough.
(3) Lot of Travel. Most of the project are in Mid-Tier cities.
Advice to Senior Management – Great Job!! Hire partners who can bring in a big book of business with them.

Pros – The opportunities to do the things you are truely interested in and enjoy is endless here - you are given the space and the opportunity to do the things you love with great, smart and knowledgeable people supporting and working with you
Cons – At times the work/life balance is difficult to manage - but no different to any other of the top 4 consultancies

Pros – Flat hierarchy
Almost no bureaucracy
Innovative and entrepreneurial culture and work
Ability to make a difference
Amazing people and sense of culture/team
Cons – Not all the work is good for everyone so you need to actively seek the right role
Can involve long hours to get the most out of Capco, but it is rewarding
Advice to Senior Management – Take more risks to really differentiate and innovate in the market
