I have been working at Cerner as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Few people i met here and worked with are good. And i am thankful to them for being good to me

    Cons

Higher management treatment with contract employee is very bad. There is a discrimination in this part itself. Along with that there is more work pressure given to then as well which forces them to come over the weekends that leads ultimately in unbalance in the work and personal

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please curb your senior management people in their behavior. They should be trained in "How to behave with contract employee"

I worked at Cerner full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing good to say. Few colleagues were good.

    Cons

Here comes the big list. The quality of management is very poor. The application or project which you work is nearly 40 years old. If you work here, you will end up fixing bugs for entire life with no progress in technical area. Indian employees are treated like slaves, and never think of work life balance at all.
Important thing is, the CTC will be high, but take home will be very less. So advise is ask for better gross income.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please reshape the organisation structure. Make compensation clear and trasparent.
