Pros – provides so much to learn

Cons – requires so much sacrifice to come upto mark

Pros – It is sooo good to work for the winning team, with a great technology, making each customer a happy and satisfied customer. Company's culture is really great with company's lunch/get together, games to bring a smile on each employee, day after day.

Cons – It is not a 40 hours a week job but at the same time who said you need to sleep 9h a night anyway ;)

Advice to Senior Management – Keep focus on making us successful and continue creating amazing products with impressive technology

Flat hierarchy, open culture, highly collaborative, open door policy.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats in your discipline, you'll thrive on the abundant opportunities to broaden your responsibilities and set stretch goals.
Friday lunch-and-learns are informative and fun -- the meals are always tasty and provide a welcome break to socialize across divisions.

Cons – As typical of companies in fast growth mode, we work long hour and often take work home, including for the weekends.

Cons – - Long commute if you live in SF
- Just like any startup, don't expect it to be a 9-5 job

Pros – The people are interesting and creative. The company is growing fast with lots of opportunities. They try very hard to take care of their employees and provide a pleasant work environment.

Cons – The company is growing fast, they had to move half the employees into another suite. Meeting space is at a premium.

Smart people
Makes decisions quickly
Love the Friday company lunches

Cons – Everyone there is "all in" so you need to be too.
Not at all a 9 to 5 job.
Downtown San Jose location is not ideal for people living in San Fran.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing! Make sure you continue to hire people that are all in to maintain the culture.
