    Cons

Manager is always cry about budget cuts in calls.
HR is worst part of Citi.

I worked at Citi full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work culture is good
Pay and benefits are good and they pay well above Market level
Work is good and best thing is they encourage innovation

    Cons

Main problem: You should be cautious to save your reputation once you loose it you will be ignored, so will be your growth. Some ppl involve in bad politics for the same. I mean a 3 can become 1 performance wise but perception wise he will be 3 because of his reputation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please do not depend on perception. Please don't think bad performer is always bad and vice versa. People can improve, and improve to a great extent that is beyond your imagination.

I have been working at Citi full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Massive scale on which your work could be used. Challenging problems to work on.

    Cons

Compensation is average if not worse. Office politics is a huge problem. Transparency needed in movement and promotions as the office is rife with rumors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You guys are on the right path, selling off non-performing businesses. Incredibly bureaucratic organization that needs to become more flexible in terms of technology.
