Pros – Exciting work, excellent products, great work life balance, great peers, fun environment, and ability to grow in the organization

Cons – I am really not able to find anything as con. Things are really great here, and i am saying this after having experienced other very well respected companies.

Advice to Senior Management – I think the company is doing great, and will keep on growing in the months and years to come. Great to be working for it.

Pros – It is good flexibility company.

Cons – Company management is political behavior. There is no transparent in management. There is no chance to learn new skills. That reason i loss the job.

Pros – You can get paid well for doing nothing. You can develop other hobbies or interests.

Cons – Bad management in US trying to manage Bangalore office. Those folks should be kicked out as they have no idea how to manage Team in India sitting in US.

Advice to Senior Management – Take notice of fake / incompetent 'directors' trying to manage India/Bangalore team.

Pros – - If you want to learn and work in mobility , this is the place to be .
- Be satisfied for the work you have done by watching your work being used by Citrix customers directly and it is transparent .
- A place where all the extra effort you put is recognized and appreciated .

Cons – - Extremely fast paced Dev and Test cycles , no time to breath - better adapt to it or be left behind .

Pros – Good culture, good technologies. Positioning of company among peers is good.

Cons – I havent seen any vibrant managers.
More integration needed between acquired set of companies and product range. Each employee should have given the big picture.

Advice to Senior Management – Promotions to managers should not be made based on long stay in company or on resignation letter.

If your in good team, then quality of work / career growth is great. All depends on the team.
Good benefits, compared to other companies.

Cons – poor hikes
No Growth - again depends on the team & product you work for.
Quality of work depends on the team
No recognition for your contribution
Unprofessional attitude of most people

Advice to Senior Management – Quality of work and hikes should be same across all teams. Should be more consistent.
More the people joining india team, too much cost cutting is evident.
Managers need to be more professional and should stop promoting their favourites

Pros – Company has a CEO with great vision. Citrix is growing and working on cutting edge technology. Work culture is good.

Cons – Need better HR resources and policies at Bangalore.

3) Quite stable.
4) Good salary

Cons – 1) Not all get challenging work to do.
2) One might get trapped in inactivity and may loose some years before realizing.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep lots of technical training programs and involve the employees in new technologies.

2) Good balance between work life and personal life.
3) Minimum work pressure
4) Good benefits and facilities.

Cons – My work here has little or no interaction with other members in US or other countries. Salary is good but not on par with competitors.

Advice to Senior Management – Bonus and incentives to individuals, similar and good hike for every groups (there is a lot of difference based on groups).
