    Pros

Relaxed work environment, everyone was very friendly, hands-on, ability to meet/network with other employees

    Cons

Could have handled more responsibility, sometimes unclear about what is expected of you/what to do

    Advice to Management

I worked at Clear Channel as an intern

    Pros

You get to learn a lot from senior account executives if you speak up.

    Cons

Some days work is not delegated and you end up sitting at your desk, not knowing what to do. Reach out to senior management if you want to get a full time offer.

    Pros

Fun place, lots of events. Got to meet celebrities and attend lots of concerts.

    Cons

No room to grow. Local management didn't have a clue. In four years of employment, not only did I not receive a single raise, I never even received a performance review to tell me what I was doing right or wrong.

    Pros

Big name company, looks good on resume, direct experience with high profile personalities

    Cons

Not personal, You're just a number, Would rather do things the way they've always done it

    Advice to Management

Be progressive. Hire some forward thinkers who are young, with great energy

    Pros

not the hardest of daily tasks but that can also be a con in terms of getting mundane, although there were interns to help with the more frivolous tasks. radio work felt "cool" and there was a work hard, play hard team environment.

    Cons

growth within the company seemed difficult only in terms of time, it seemed as if i would have to wait forever to move up but that may have just been the . also, long work hours because there was a lot to be done, but again, the work itself wasn't difficult so not that much of a con

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to employees in terms of incentives, allow growth to be more possible!!

I enjoyed the environment and most of the people.

    Cons

It was a little political, and the company wasn't very forward-thinking.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to new ideas and new media. Listen to the younger employees.
