    Pay is not commensurate with work.
    politics in some teams...
    There is no option to work from home.

    Consider Market correction. Pay as per the experience and performance. Not just pay who ask for it.

    The training system is still too general and not practice oriented, especially for technical staffs.

    I enjoyed working for one of the Vice Presidents very much. His communication skills were very effective. I liked all the employees and the company seemed to care about the staff.

    Good location, that's about it.

    Cons

    Highly disorganized, standards and expectations are always changing with very little communication from management and between departments. Management expects you to take your work home every night. Employees work 10-15 hours per day

    Talk to your employees. Have more transparency and allow your employees to have a life outside the office.
