    I worked at Coldwell Banker

    Pros

Had my own office, pay raises were fair

    Cons

I felt like the real estate agents demands were not reasonable considering there was one of me to over 40 of them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide a couple of personal assistants or an incentive to have a personal assistant once s certain tier is reached by the agent.

    Great "brand"

I have been working at Coldwell Banker

    Pros

Has great name/brand recognition at all price points (low-, medium-, and high-priced housing). It also has great software/technology for agents to utilize.

    Cons

The company takes a large chunk of each agent's commission in return for "services" that many agents don't necessarily utilize or find helpful (e.g. educational offerings that are not particularly helpful).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managing brokers need to provide more support and guidance to individual agents because their job is to be a seasoned support system, not to transact real estate themselves.

I worked at Coldwell Banker as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Very friendly work environment. The people I worked with were friendly and did help with setting up my resume.

    Cons

Coldwell Bankers internship program was abysmal, they have no idea what they were doing, you don't learn much, and they get you for hours you didn't need to be there for just to say that they kept you there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on learning how to educate interns on their field of study.

    Pros

CB has lots of marketing support and in a brokerage of this size, one can more easily get to hold open houses.

In addition to taking 30% off the top of each transaction, there is a $3k "business fee"
