Cons – Decision making by consensus sometimes means some opportunities are missed. Takes some time to learn the systems to become truly effective.

Pros – The working environment, facilities are really alluring. The staff is co-opertive with high moral values and the motto of "fraternity". "Safety first" is what please me again because if there's life, there is everything.

Cons – It has got lot of red tapism to do petty works. the administration is kind of busy with lot of jobs to handle and getting initials of boss becomes hectic at times.

Pros – Processes are good, some of the senior management is really good, respect for employees, intolerance for bad behaviour especially towards women

Cons – No clarity on career prospects, very little freedom to work, too much centralised, worked with a lot of micro managers, afraid to take hard decisions

Advice to Senior Management – While the systems are in place and the company enjoys a good brand image in the market place, the employee morale is low in most departments i have worked with. Need to give more clarity on the career plans, and allow some flexibility in working, right now everything gets decided at the top and even middle managers are doing only execution.
