I have been working at Comcast

    Pros

This is a great place to work. The people you work with are strong. Every day there are opportunities to learn something new and contribute. It is fast paced and not a place where routine gets the chance to settle in. The environment encourages teams to be successful and innovative. My management cares about its employees, encouraging them to grow professionally and personally.

    Cons

Only two that I can think of: it can be difficult to convince those outside the company that this is a great place to work, and a continuously changing environment contributes to difficulties coordinating initiatives across teams.

-Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Incentives on top of commission

    Cons

-Lack of professionalism with other co-workers
-Terrible communication between HR departments on national level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Watch what your agents are doing to get their numbers
-If someone is ranked #1 in stack ranking 8 months in a row look into what they are doing to get those numbers
-Build a national platform for transferring positions from one city to another
-Invest more of your profits in the agents and how they do their job
-Update what equipment agents use to work on so they can assist customers better

    Pros

Great opportunities for advancement, training, compensation and benefits are all really competitive.

    Cons

Work life flexibility is still not accepted widely, the company is constantly changing, which is also a plus but you need to be able to adapt and work hard to be successful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More work life balance and recognition for employees would be well received and would retain more employees
