“The position was ok.”
Former Employee – worked at Companion Care
Pros – You get to schedule your own hours and days that you are available to work.
They reimburse you for driving, your mileage, and are very flexible.
Cons – Work is sometimes hard to find and is dependent on your availability. Also, there is little training from management, so in most cases, you must have at least 6 months of experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Management should offer more training and provide greater incentives for those who are willing to travel beyond 15 or 20 miles of their own location.
