    Constellation is very change resistant.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    Broken culture, mediocre management

Vice President Marketing (Former Employee) Baltimore, MD (US)

Prosgood pay, fascinating industry tackling important and societal challenge

ConsNothing gets done in this organization
and if someone gets the courage to do anything, the initiative gets killed ...

there is no creativity, no constructive conversation,
every talented person left the company. the people that are left are just fighting over the same ideas that have been swirling around for the last 5 years, but none of them are even capable of pulling these ideas off, or are too sheepish to try. Employee turnover is very high.

The industry is getting disrupted... and they are just paralyzed, and whining about the status of the industry, instead of seeing it as an opportunity, and leading the transformation of this industry.

I have never seen so much value destruction in front of my eyes in my entire career. It's deplorable.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe responsible.
    Create value
Put the company's interest before your own petty career

Feedback of a long term employee

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Ontario, NY (US)

ProsThe pay is very good and it's a safe environment.

ConsThey will grind you into the ground. It's all about what you can do for the company, and they tell you stuff like work life balance is important, and that there are opportunities for personal growth and learning opportunities, but again, it's only if that's what THEY want for you, you don't often get an opinion.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou've got some really great people who give their all, and just a very little appreciation in return for a job well done would be wonderful. You're quick to lay people out to dry, why is a thank you so hard?

    Frustrated with downsizing

Applications Administrator (Current Employee) Houston, TX (US)

ProsPlenty of work to stay busy
Good place for a competent project manager to gain experience.
Good for recruiters to place outsourced contractors.

ConsThey decided to roll off most IT contractor regardless of their years of experience with the intention of bringing in new contractors as projects progress.

    Management opportunities are low

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider intellectual capital before making uninformed decisions.

    – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
