“Good starting point”
I worked at Cradles to Crayons as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Warm environment, kind employees, low stress levels, making a difference, constantly interacting with new people, someone is always willing to help you
Cons – minimal opportunity for growth, at times it can be physically tiring, difficult to enact new procedures, few employees, poor location
Advice to Senior Management – Keep expanding!
