    Trained to do everything needed or wanted to know. Team building days out. Nobody is better than anyone else no matter what your job is. All jobs advertised internally before going to agencies. Pension and private healthcare

    Pros

    Awesome environment, and the freedom to move around and take on great challenges early on. Salary was great, and the workload was not overbearing.

    The company is not growing vs. competitors. Additionally, a poor management structure can makes things difficult to get accomplished.

    Pros

    Very established company that treats people fairly. Very strong brand and good products. Extremely nice people to work with- everyone is willing to go above and beyond to help.

    Cons

    There is lots of red tape, and at times it seems like one division doesn't know what another is doing. This can be frustrating.

    Local management seeks more its visibility than business strategies.
    The company is managed locally as a farm.
    Management invests more to convince employees that they have the chance to work for D & B than to convince customers to choose D&B solutions.
    The company is not gratefuld.
    In case of dismissal management prefers to invest in court proceedings as to compensate its employees.

    Feeling really connected to what is going on in the rest of the business world while in the position.
    Great for obtaining a clue.
    No promotions and benefits as temp.
    Downtown location.

    High staff turnover rate in sales department.
    Temps are main force in Business Development.
    No more observations as temp.
    Really slow computers.
