Pros – Engineering teams have lot of freedom to innovate and improve!

Cons – Management has no clear vision and does not pursue the vision singlemindedly

Advice to Senior Management – Have clear vision, communicate the vision to managerial staff and down to engineering.

Join if u r not ambitious ....and wanna lead a easy going ..smooth corporate life..

Cons – Not much to learn....as a fresher...just a centre to support manufacturing sites in and around Asia Pacific region....with largely support work for EU and north America..No R&D!!........

without much resources and assets ,nothing much to manage at all....
Managers are given enormous power...
Lack of transaparency!!........

Pros – Good work life balance. Very Good oportunity to learn about high end technologies. Supportive team mates. Very Good work environment .

Cons – Canteen food is very spicy and and not tasty. The Chapatis are like machine made and it is very very very very very very very very difficult to bite it.

Pros – Friendly work environment, experienced and knowledgeable crowd who are willing to help, good place to learn and gain technical knowledge,depending the team the work load differs.

Cons – HR policies are not employee friendly, canteen is not good

some teams really have good work...some teams only testing work...
level of work what fresher is doing is sane as the newly joined experienced people with different salary.

Advice to Senior Management – getting into the teams is really depenpent upon the luck...and your marks..not based on your real performance.(more CGPA good team)
