    Pros

    - Work can be hands on
    - Travel Benefits
    - Each work day is never same the same. Your job will have you tackling different problems each day and learning more about about aircaft systems.

    Cons

    - There are a lot of procedures and details that need to be learned before you can efficiently complete work. All of the procedures are necessary to maintain compliance with FAA requirments and ensure aircraft reliability.

    Advice to Management

    - The company is doing very well and to help keep the aircraft flying more funding for projects would be helpful. Otherwise keep it up I have no complaints.
