Current Employee – been working at Delta Products full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Mid size where you are more than just a number and you get to interact with some upper management from Taiwan where the true conglomerate and all business groups are located at. Good benefit and hours.

Cons – Not as international as it's mostly mandarin speaking employees. Not very systematic on sop. Average pay and in Silicon Valley is slightly under average.

Advice to Senior Management – No point. This office is very old and not very dynamic. It's not going to change over night. A little improvement in salary would help. The current style isn't perfect but it works for now.
