Pros – Employee friendly, good opportunities to prove one's talent, work life balance, good transport facilities, open door policy, awesome culture at work, continues learning.

Cons – Wish if management can retain good resource or rather loyal resource who have spent quality time by contributing their effort in every bit to keep the organization at highest level in the industry.

Advice to Senior Management – There is no doubt that Deutsche has best Management at work but a wish or rather a request to identify loyal resources, instead of losing them for what ever reason please try to retain them by indulging in fair discussion to have a win-win solution

Cons – Run of mill job, not much value addition to skills and knowledge, work life balance - below average, Crowded at the bottom leading to poor career growth opportunities

Pros – The exposure provided and also the work culture is good the good place to work in i would suggest for all my friends, and it was my first job i enjoying it

Cons – The pay and the hike is not good for the entry level , the teams would depend on where you work in if the team mets are good then the work is good

Advice to Senior Management – would expect some good hike and bonuses as the CTC is low comparitively
