Pros – Professionalism, with good knowledge sharing sessions, team dynamics, new things to learn, in all good place to work at.

Cons – Some better approach / policies required to deal in certain cases with the higher management, and some wrong practices being conducted needs to be taken care of promptly and properly, to avoid any further harm to the organization.

Advice to Senior Management – Please keep a check in certain areas of work, especially with some specific senior managers and practices being carried out, to build a healthier environment and safe place to work for the employees.

Cons – the salaries they pay are average but usually low as compared to other investment banks, good learning experience initially but later on there is not much growth in professional skills
