    Pros

    Great experience to work with seasoned traders and highly talented people. It served as a great opportunity to learn and a good starting place.

    Cons

    Secondary treatment.. Bad bad culture of office politics and perception based compensation. The pay will be less by an order of 10 if you compare it with a similar person in front office.

    No pros other than the above mentioned

    Cons

    Infrastructure lacks
    Lowest grade(LOR 9) has no place in the bank,no email ids, no computers to work on, no subsidised loan, no identity on global directory.
    Feels like working on a contract
    No motivation for an employee

    Company is decent with good benefits and facilities. However very political organization and lot of beurocracy. Work culture is good.

    Cons

    Burecratic organization and lot of politics. Bonuses are very low in other divisions like finance etc so do not go by their variable pay promise

    increase bonuses in other functions or tell clearly upfront that bonuses will be low. HR misguides people by telling different bonus amounts
