“Dixon Foods, not really that great”
Former Employee – worked at Dixon Food Group part-time for more than a year
Pros – Pay was decent and people were nice
Cons – district managers didn't feel it was important to help when it got busy. GM's didn't work ANY nights so they didn't know what night shift was like.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your people
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
