Pros – u can work part time ,full time.freshers r always welcome here.u had chance of ur imporovement in your salary & post.many facilities r provided eg.medical,pf..etc.u get always something new to experience wen launch new meal.festivals r celebated dat shows being part of dominos family.dir enviorment is very energitic.

Cons – i couldnt work for long time in dominos becoz of may studies was badside 4 me.

Advice to Senior Management – provide travels for women.that work till 10pm or 11pm till night.

Pros – its having a very good chain system for promotions very good and motivating superiors and have a good opportunity to grow and learn with your job.

Cons – just transfers from one city to another city its ok to make transfer to any out late but in the same city employees faces so many things to settle down to a new city.
