Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Corporation, but with a more friendly/relaxed environment. Regular yearly increases (small) for good performance. Certain teams are fun, just depends.
Cons – Slow promotion/growth. Still a corporation so IT and HR have terrible service. People have been there for many years, are comfortable, and don't leave.

Former Employee – worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – The people that work there are extremely talented and smart
The company has a great culture and fun working environment - work hard/play hard
Discounted soft drinks!!
Cons – Some of the managers lack adequate people skills...i.e - don't know how to treat people and appreciate/recognize hard work or hard efforts by the employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that a "manager of others" has the skills interact appropriately with people who report to them. DPSG is not a consulting firm, even though some former consulting people that work there think that it is...

Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great place to work, easy work. usually Mon -Fri. Summer months can get real busy, insurance is pretty good. Lots and lots of training, which has come in real handy at times.
Cons – No room for advancement. Summer months are 12 to 15 hours a day with no overtime,no comp days, no nothing...
Advice to Senior Management – Give bonuses to the Supervisors, and bring up the salary to current levels. It would be nice to meet
upper management once in a while

Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – I enjoy what I do and I like my co-workers.
Cons – This place cares nothing for their employees. I've seen too many people get fired over the smallest things. Even though we're not Union, If you don't have senority or service date your basically an on call worker. Is this how it is at all DPSG facilities? I'll call you when I need you and send you home whenever? What a joke...
Advice to Senior Management – We all know times are hard. Now's the time to show compassion for your workers, so don't treat your full time employees like temps to get that extra bonus at the end of the year.

Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – I would like to put some pros but there simply are not any.
Cons – employees over the age of 50 have a target backs, they are forced to do double work and are frequently threatened .
Dr Pepper management thinks they are above the law and simply pick and choose which ones they want to obey. if you report any unsafe situations they just ignore them, you are not allowed sick days and virtually everyone else there will get your illness because there are not enough people to do the work if your sick
Advice to Senior Management – upper management should talk with employees . because I don't think they would like having the general public know about this stuff

Former Employee – worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – You don"t have to work with coworkers on a day to day basis.
Cons – Mid-level management is riding the gravy train. Example: Salesman call on merchandisers to complete their orders (literally call from home). Communication is lacking and their is no professionalism.
Advice to Senior Management – Check your salesman

Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – I like the hours I work, going in early and being done at an hour that leaves me with a good chunk of after noon/early evening is really nice. I do a kind of subcontracting and work with someone who has a route and he has me merchandise.
Cons – The lack of any kind of medical, dental, 401k, stock option, or any other fringe benefits is a really bad con. It has made it hard to stay with the company. I do a kind of subcontracting and work with someone who has a route and he has me merchandise.
Advice to Senior Management – Add way for the men and women who run your routes to offer better benefits.

Former Employee – worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Easy going culture a lot of tenured employees. Great brands, a lot of pride in their brands. Great HR department, on-boarding was thorough. Great training program and a lot of initiatives to hone in on what they value.
Cons – Salaries are not competitive. Lack of career growth opportunities. Poor leadership has deteriorated what our department and discipline was known for. Senior management can care less about employees.
Advice to Senior Management – It's not all about you. Ridiculous bonuses and over inflated salaries are all you care about. The CEO doesn't even have the common courtesy to speak to most employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
