    ConsAnnual performance reviews do not reflect true performance. They should establish mid-year reviews to update objectives and goals. Hard work is not always rewarded.

    Dynamic at local branch was off. Each department is isolated and there is little interaction.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPromote employee morale. Get input from the field team.

    ProsHealth benefits were great. They helped me get my Class B, when others wouldn't. Bulk drivers were paid very well. Better than Coke and Pepsi.

    ConsHad to deliver and work FoodLion stores on a side loader. Doesn't make any sense.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDon't hire a bunch of thugs if you want to compete with the other major beverage companies.

    Pros-Great job with flexible shifts/hours
    -Management willing to work around school schedule
    -Work alone at own pace
    -Gas/mileage compensation $0.40/mile
    -Strong interaction with both company and store management
    -Holiday and overtime pay
    -Take good care of employees
    -Company sales people often help during busy days
    -Urine sample required for drug screen (not necessarily a pro/con just felt information had importance)

    Cons-Occasionally have long days depending on consumer demand
    -Sometimes responsible for picking up others slack from previous day employee on route
    -Physically demanding at times
    -Sole responsibility to stock retailers from start to end(others can't come in and help)
    -Shift ends when all work is complete (no set end time for shift)
    -Store managers can be rude and demanding

    Advice to Senior Management-Continue to take employees opinions and recomendations

    ProsCo-workers are a tight knit team. They are more than willing to help each other out when needed.

    ConsPay is fairly low. There is a lack of professionalism in management. There is a lack of organization in the whole facility. Annual raises are low despite of positive gain from employee performances and sales increases.

    Advice to Senior ManagementConduct meetings with more professionalism, Pay harder working, more efficient employees better, and build a more positive atmosphere away from the "locker room language".
