    Constantly learning/developing, great opportunities for advancement, but VERY busy

    Pros- Always learning / developing (also have mandatory education training annually in IL)
    - Room for flexibility for life events
    - Great opportunities for advancement (up or out culture)
    - High caliber people
    - Great benefits
    - Annual percentage increase in raise is pretty good in comparison to private companies
    - Excellent brand!
    - Rewarding client service

    Cons- Work-life balance is hard to achieve
    - Office politics (inescapable no matter what company you work for)
    - Starting compensation is non-negotiable (for college new hires)
