EY has been one of my dream companies. I am really happy to be part of it.

Associate (Current Employee)
Cochin

I have been working at EY full-time for more than a year

Pros1. A very good competitor among the big 4.
2. Strong foundation.
3. Well defined set of EY Values.
4. Lots of opportunities for Senior level people.

Cons1. Less growth rate for Fresher candidates.
2. Room for personal growth for example, additional training, skill development, scaling up chances are less.
3. Salary is not up to the mark.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to give more opportunities and motivation for the personal growth and career development for fellow team members. Try to give positive encouragement to the good work they do and try to appreciate the efforts of those who hard work instead of ignoring them

Good experience but very competitive

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at EY

ProsGood learning experience for me but some people had a stagnant learning curve. Very professional and good facilities.

ConsHectic work, people are treated as robots, pay ok ok

Advice to Senior ManagementGive priority to people and their individual goals as well. Not only focus on the organisational goal. Try have more extracurricular activities and ask people to participate, though they have some activities going on now and then but internally they are not encouraged to participate.
