    Pros

The learning one gets at Edelman is amazing. The perks and technology is unrivaled in the Indian PR industry.

    Cons

There seems to be a glass ceiling for women. Inspite of having programs like gwen globally there is nothing for women in India. The training programs overseas are attended by male colleagues and the mentorship programs are also for males. all in all a clear gender bias is prevalent in the organisation. Growth in the organisation depends on likeability rather than efficiency.

    Advice to Management

you have great programs however you need to practice them more
