The Intern program was organized and fulfilling. Real work experience - no way around it.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGood pay for an intern position. Good work experience. Good experience working with all functions of the business.

ConsSome interns are treated like kings within their departments while others receive hefty workloads with little time to spare. Such is life. All depends on the department you work in.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to set a precedent or standard for all managers to adhere to. Some interns are offered free lunch every day and receive spontaneous gifts from managers. Some have little-to-no contact with managers in a given day. CEO seems to be on shaky ground at times and is ambiguous on the future of the company. Turns interns off to the idea of applying full-time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
