Good People and Interesting Projects - New Management is a Problem

I have been working at AECOM full-time for more than 5 years

ProsOpportunities to work on very interesting projects and get good experience.

ConsIf you aren't a project manager you have little long term value to the company. Technical specialists are not valued my management.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus more on retaining talent than making your financial goals for the week.

Started off well, but in the end business line was shut down due to lack of projects.

Pros: multinational, different interesting projects across different business lines, big projects Cons: decisions take too long to be made, no training provided,… Advice to Senior Management: Support your junior stuff more No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
