“I wonder if the CEO is overpaid?”
Current Employee – been working at AECOM full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – It's a job with benefits
Cons – Another year another 1% raise because "our senior people are overpaid"
Advice to Senior Management – Quit, take your stock options and get lost
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
