    Pros

Big firm so there in an inherent job security. This is a big firm, my feedback only applies to to the demand modeling group in Arlington, VA office.

Bagels on every Friday. Yes that is the only undebateable pro I could think off.

    Cons

Absolutely no growth, Management totally disconnected with the staff, low to no hikes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to recognize your employee skillset and learn to put them to good use. Learn how to motivate your group and make them feel as a part of your team.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee  in  Sydney (Australia)
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Sydney (Australia)

    Pros

Mmm? ...There are some talented and pleasant people who work here. However, they are not encouraged to be kind or to express their talent freely. Nor are they rewarded for their talents or dedication. They will likely be ushered out the door shortly.

    Cons

    There are so many...
    - this is an uncoordinated mess without ethical behaviour
    - while of course the company has to make money, this one does so by overworking employees to the point of exhaustion, with no commendation or rewards for key contributors.
    - finances, policies, health & safety, inter-office relations are in shambles
    - this is a company that treats its employees as a disposable commodity.
    - AECOM is essentially a broker of people. It's a sweat shop. If you can handle that sort if arrangement you would do much better for yourself to consult on your own. AECOM will not do anything for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A complete over haul is in order. Engage management personnel who care for people AND the bottom line. Yes, such organisations do prosper. AECOM - hang your head in shame and try to salvage your game.
