    Pros

Good teaching job for claims. It will prepare you to be satisfied and grateful for any other claims job you get. You get to work from home.

    Cons

Depending on who your manager is, the unrealistic expectations could be made even worse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember how it was to be an adjuster. Treat your employees with respect and appreciation. Some managers there are pretty nice but others are really unreasonable.
