“Fantastic”
Former Employee – worked at AOL full-time for more than a year
Pros – Excellent work life balance. The culture is very open and appreciative. Freedom to innovate and grow. As long as you do your work, no one will question you. It's a great way to learn and progress.
Cons – Extremely far from the city. Commuting saps the life out of you. But there are free company bus services.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
