    Compensated well, great corporate environment, good benefits, work cell phone

    Cons

    A large majority of the day is spent helping customers with bill issues, the sales quotas can be very high, A large part of the day is spent doing less than productive tasks that are required, very long, retail hours, weekends and holidays

    Store managers should be required to take more training to understand the products/services as well as the reps

    Amazing organizational culture and benefits.

    Cons

    Minimal opportunities for entry-level and mid-level career changes if you happen to find that your skills would benefit the company somewhere else. Most managers advocate employee development, but only post jobs for Sr. level (experts) jobs.

    Create an internal Leadership Development Program for employees.
