I worked at AT&T full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good pay, good hours, good benefits

    Cons

Pay is largely performance based, hard to get time off

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lessen the focus on sales, having to sell someone a cell phone because their home phone isn't working is a bit out of line.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
  2.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Medical benefit /flexi care ,Annual/child/sick leave are enough.

    Cons

Technically not much to learn, no process is followed, lot of changes in every 6 months the teams are merged and then again de-merged
    increment 3-4% only
    no recognition for the individuals
    no fair chance for growth
groupism (like the Philippines/ chines )

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please do not play with the career of the engineers .. please be clear on the future.
Need to be transparent to the employes after all the employee is here to help you...

And cost cutting should be done by firing Manager not the Engineers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
