“Best part-time Job ever”
I have been working at AT&T Wireless part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Amazing compensation compared to any part-time job
Amazing people
Amazing benefits
Management is willing to coach and help
If part-time they will work with school schedule.
Cons – High goals <-- its a con depending on how you think but since most of my co-workers complain about it I will put it in the con.
Depending on location it can be a cake-walk or very difficult
Advice to Senior Management – The upper management can be harsh to the management in the store, but please don't show the stress and vent on the employees. Fight for the sales team and the sales team will support the management.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
