“Retail Sales Manager”
Former Employee – worked at AT&T Wireless full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great training programs for ongoing education on industry knowledge, customer satisfaction and newly introduced programs. Commission based structure is well established and the ability to excel is achievable for a successful sales manager. Clear expectations on what is expected through diligent communicatyion.
Cons – Balance of family/ personal life with expectations of retail management, as would be with any company and/or corporation.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay in touch with what happens day to day in the corporate retail stores. More input from front line management and sales consultants on what is working and what is not.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
