“Used to be great company, now tied up with processes, too fast growth and top management mistakes”
Former Employee – worked at AVG Technologies full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great team, product used and appreciated by so many people globally and helping people (free product)
Cons – Disconnect between top management and personnel - primarily cultural (American vs Europe), too many incompetent hires in top mgmt mean too frequent changes in strategy
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
