Current Employee – been working at Abbott full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great community of people, has pension and company matching 401k, profit sharing, flexible.

Cons – Out in the suburbs, interesting group of people, lots of politics involved, many splits and spinoffs, occasional lay offs.

Advice to Senior Management – Should reward those people who do good for the company.
