    Pros

    - caliber of people you work with, especially analysts & consultants
    - most of leadership is fantastic and well-respected
    - clients are awesome, great opportunities to drive value at client project
    - well paid for job
    - training held in Chicago as well as abroad, with high caliber of content and participants
    - lots of volunteer opportunities

    Cons

    - lack of work-life balance
    - role suitable for those who are single with no kids
    - expectations of 1.5 jobs (1 full time client project role as well as half time on managing career at Accenture and the extra-curricular activiities to help showcase annual performance such as volunteering, networking events, etc.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Place more emphasis on employee retention. Understand that recruitment is but 1 facet of workforce management.
Experienced hires can be a great benefit for the organization, but their motivational factors will differ from those who are just out of school or raised up in Consulting.
