I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Talented, sociable people willing to help
Potentially hefty end-of-year bonus
Opportunities across technologies and industries
Lots of networking events
Meritocratic (to a certain extent) review and promotion process

Cons – Too many inexperienced people on projects
Not enough ramp up time and high expectations (on some projects)
Lack of quality internal formal training on an on-going basis
Many projects expect you to work long hours

Advice to Senior Management – Need to trickle down information more effectively
Closer supervision, checkpoints
Balance teams better in terms of experience
