I have been working at Accenture full-time

    Pros

Very good branding, Accenture is very well known. This helps to constantly attract new people
If you start as a young graduate, maybe you will like to have some very strict processes and way of working for your first job(?)

    Cons

    Management by fear and pressure
    Double language and backstabbing culture
You see too many people with no morale at high positions
Absolutely no respect for previous experience - experienced hires: think twice before joining!!
Processes and tools are extremely heavy and often do not bring value to customers nor Accenture
No possibility to improve the way of working, bringing new ideas is often considered as rebellion and punished by senior executives
    Brainwashing and HR propaganda
No work-life balance, despite what they say in their web site and during interviews

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
