I worked at Accenture full-time for more than a year

Pros – Opportunities to reach out and collaborate with some very helpful team members from across the organization.

Cons – There were team members that were more concerned with telling the client what they wanted to hear opposed to doing the work and being honest with impending challenges. Very long hours. Hard to transfer to other opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't just talk about life balance, make it a major factor on the 360 evaluations.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
