    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are so many talented and smart people at the company but none of them seem to 'make it' to management. There's no coaching the bench and management styles and approaches to talent vary across all the leaders. You can work for one leader who thinks you're great and another who will bury you under layers of management. There's just no consistency. If you want to take control of your career here at Acxiom the advice would be: Don't make waves and be liked by all. That's the only way to advance.
