ProsCollaborative, supportive co-workers, the opportunity to work on market-leading products, flexibility on time/working from home.

ConsConstant reorganization churn, way too many middle managers, poor opportunities for advancement, overwhelming workload. Focus is on management the company for the street, as a result, the focus on product innovation and quality is suffering.
