Former Employee – worked at Advisory Board full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great people and generally interesting work.

Cons – Work-life balance is out of whack. They work people too hard for the money - it's not on par with the market.

Advice to Senior Management – Either up the pay or reduce the hours you expect employees to work.
