ProsGreat people and generally interesting work.

ConsWork-life balance is out of whack. They work people too hard for the money - it's not on par with the market.

Advice to Senior ManagementEither up the pay or reduce the hours you expect employees to work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Great work life balance. Fun work environment. Good perks. Cons: Low pay. More "who you know" than "how you work"… Advice to Senior Management: Stick to meritocracy. Pay your support staff a survivable wage. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
