I worked at Aerotek full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Exposure to specific industries, opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, outside and inside sales environment

Cons

Horrible management, tenured employees form closed culture. I felt like if I didn't work until 7pm I was "taking a half day."

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate office might be nicer, look into branch culture/management. Hire 3rd party organization to conduct organization wide survey.

    Pros

The commission structure gives you decent earning potential. Generally young crowd, so some co-workers are fun people.

    Cons

60 hour work weeks, horrible insurance, managers that were good recruiters but not trained to be good managers. Other than an account manager role, there isn't a whole lot of career advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

the turnover is ridiculous. people burn out since you are expected to work so much. there is way too much "over-promising and under-delivering" to clients and to internal employees.
