I worked at Aerotek full-time for less than a year

Pros

Exposure to specific industries, opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, outside and inside sales environment

Cons

Horrible management, tenured employees form closed culture. I felt like if I didn't work until 7pm I was "taking a half day."

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate office might be nicer, look into branch culture/management. Hire 3rd party organization to conduct organization wide survey.

    I worked at Aerotek full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Learn a lot about industry trends and skills
    - Strong desire to develop talent
    - Pushes your comfort zone

    Cons

    - Hours are long....way to long
    - The commission is nice, but other agencies pay out more
    - It is a what have you done for me lately environment. They don't care about the work you did that helped them a few months ago. Don't hit your target now? Your job is in jeopardy.
    - Young people managing young people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value your employees more. There is a reason there is a high turnover rate there. You work people way to hard.
