“Very good pay, long hours”
Current Employee – been working at Air Liquide full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great benefits, very good pay
Cons – Too much micromanagement from corporate.
Advice to Senior Management – Let more things be handled at the depot level. We are "on the ground" and better understand the situation.
