I have been working at Airbnb full-time for more than a year

Pros – collegiate and energetic office vibe. Best Chef in the business. It's nice to work at a company where the public knows and loves the product you make.

Cons – end-user product is no better now than it was 2 years ago before the $115m funding or addition of 300+ new employees This is not a terribly capital intensive business. What is the money being spent on? and, now they are in talks to raise another $100m from Thiel. What for? Company should be profitable by now

Advice to Senior Management – a year ago, management should have brought in a layer of management with prior experience running businesses of this size and larger.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
