“Good pay...does not care about employees”
Current Employee – been working at Amazon.com full-time for less than a year
Pros – The pay at Amazon is very fair
Cons – They treat their employees as capital recources, not people.
Advice to Senior Management – Actually show some real concern for your employees. You will end up with a happier and more prodcutive labor force.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
